Town of Hammond Planning, May 1st, 2017
Meeting called to order at 7:31 pm by Paul Hueg.

Minutes for April 3rd, 2017 meeting approved. Weidling/Miller.
Presentation by Joe Granberg, 1 lot CSM for Jon Wynveen Parcel Highway 12 west of existing driveway, will be a shared driveway due to Highway 12 access. Plat followed approved guide lines and is sent to Town Board for approval.
Presentation by Ty Dodge, 1 lot CSM Gail Dalhstrom 1118 170th St. Hammond, WI 54015. This CSM is a 40 acre parcel divided in ½. Plat followed approved guide lines and is sent to Town Board for approval.
Tabled Rolling Re-Plat, no meeting has been scheduled between Tyme Properties LLC . and Rolling Hills residents
Discussed options to stay on plan for road maintenance. Discussed that returning a blacktop road to a gravel road was not an expectable choice . Spoke about 22 ft. Standard width for roads where possible and roads where existing bridges are will only be 20 ft is bridge deck is 20 ft. Will continue to discuss road maintenance at next Planning Commission Meeting.
Chairman’s report, Paul had no new information to report.
