Planning Commission; there was no planning meeting this month.  Next meeting will be August 7.

Todd Dolan, the planning commission will work on the wording for small structures in our building permit ordinance.

Roads:

60th Ave. will be blacktopped this week.

The washout at 60th and 200th (Wahlquist’s farm) will be a 50/50 pay between the county and the Town.  The bridge was lined with concrete versus a whole new big culvert due to the cost.

The guardrail on 160th was repaired, we have not yet received a bill on this from the county.

A resident on 117th on Pine lake requested a sign to alert boaters that 117th was not a lake access road.  Paul will order a sign “Dead End – No Lake Access”.

Chairman: Kyle Monicken is purchasing 2.96 acres, was wondering what the required lot size for animals.  Paul will let Kyle and Joe no all is good.

Open Book is July 19 and BOR is July 27.

Next meeting scheduled for Monday, August 14, 2017.

Being no other business the meeting was adjourned, motion by Anderson/Aune Miller second.

Respectfully submitted: Linda Hawkins
