Recycle Report: All good.  Rick requested we change the summer Saturday hours from 8 – noon versus 1:00. The board Ok’d the request.

Rick will change the hours on the signs.

Planning Commission; Meeting was held on March 6. 2017. Leon was absent.

The commission discussed the cost of repairing our roads.  They talked about the WTA meeting and a process for determining how towns were going to finance their road going forward.  They talked of a possible referendum to obtain more funds to keep ahead of our road construction.  The town has 59.17 miles of roads.  We should be doing 2 miles of road per year.

Then next planning commission meeting will be April 3, 2017.

The brush along 150th Street between 70th and TT was trimmed by the County without our permission, Paul talked with them and made sure in the future, we give permission before any work is completed.

The county suggested that we might want to use ground up black top from when they do County Road T south of 94 instead of lime rock when completing 60th Ave.  The board thought it would be a good idea to try it on this particular road because it is not a high use road. It would be much cheaper.

Paul drove our recently competed roads (200th, 190th, 70th and 100th) and found some of them will need crack filling this summer.

Chairman Report: Paul received some information about lot resizing in Rolling Hills Farms.  He talked with the current residents that live there, and they are not in favor of this.

There is nothing concrete yet, only discussions.

Next meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 18, 2017.

Being no other business the meeting was adjourned, motion by Anderson/Gillis second.

Respectfully submitted: Linda Hawkins
