Roads: Paul noted the road condition of 110th (approx. 3 miles) was very bad.

Paul was asked by a resident if they were going to sweep the roads (172nd & 96th Ave.) we are not planning on doing any sweeping.  The County did some sweeping of intersections.

Paul trimmed up some brush around the culvert on 100th Ave.  There is another culvert at 150th and 100th with lots of farm debris on the north side; it will need to be cleaned out.  Linda will send a letter to the resident to have them clean it.  If they do not clean it within 30 days we will have it cleaned out and they will be assessed the fee on their taxes next year.

Chairman: Board of Review will be held on July 26, 2017 with the Open Book on July 19, 2017.  Linda will find out the easiest way for the board members to get re-certified prior to the BOR.

Next meeting scheduled for Monday, June 12, 2017.

Being no other business the meeting was adjourned, motion by Anderson/Aune second.

Respectfully submitted: Linda Hawkins
